Craft show weekend is Upon us…

*insert alarm horns*

WEE WOO WEE WOO!!!

weewoo

We’re at defcon 2 people!

Okay so maybe that’s all a little dramatic.  I am nervous though.  I keep telling myself, honestly, what is the worst that can happen…but then I do think of a few things and it’s not helping.  Probably not going to die, someone might actually buy something from me, also it’ll get my shop’s name out there at higher level.

Most importantly, probably not going to die.  Probably.

I only have a few more things I want to do before I’m saying “that’s the best it’s going to get, done” so I’m planning on getting those done tonight.  I was going to put the Al’s Pals in the basket as shown below, but they’re so short and the basket is SO deep!  They have to sit on a bundle of fabric, and that basket takes up so much room on the table.  I instead decided to make an Hour Basket (Pattern by KelbySews) which turned out GREAT!  And now I just need one more for the rest of the Pals.  I meant to make one last night, but I fell asleep at 7:30 (thanks fitness and the gym.)

I’ll whip the new one out tonight before taking everything to the garage to test run set up everything.  Ugh!!!  That’s probably going to make things real.  Getting real REAL FAST.

I’ll have most of the things in my shop, my bags and wallets, my quilt and other baby things.  I’ll probably leave a few things behind that I don’t think will move right now, like scarves because honestly it’s too hot to think about scarves.

If you want to come see me, I’ll be at 123 S 11th Street in Nashville from 4 – 9 pm, it’s in 5 points down the street from I dream of weenie.  Yes that’s a real place, yes it’s a hot dog van, and yes it’s adorable.  I’ll be in the back, and my mom’s going to be with me, so be nice! 😀  There will also be around 17 other vendors out there, so there’s going to be a lot going on!

This weekend!!!!!!! :D

                           This weekend!!!!!!! 😀

Until next time, happy sewing!

  1. I’m wishing you great sales!! Be sure to bring lots of cash for making change, and a copy of your “vendors” license or what ever the state Tenn. requires for small craft shows. Around here the Dept of Revenue comes checking at craft shows and farmers markets! Don’t forget the sales tax!~! (Bummer right). Now, Just so you know, I am sharing your post on my facebook wall!! Good luck. 🙂

Tell me what you think!
