The 100 Day Project

Just jumping on a bandwagon.

I have been seeing this hashtag popping up several times by several makers on Instagram, #The100DayProject and I wanted to get in on that!  The concept is to make 100 things for 100 days for a giant global art project.  I put a little poll up on my personal Instagram to see what people would rather see me make every day, since I couldn’t decide between making a quilt block every day or making a plushie every day.

LITERALLY ENDED 50/50!

No problem, I’ll do both!  So what I’m going to do here on these blog posts are post my week’s Instagram posts, numbered 1 – 100.  Here’s what I have made so far!

1/100 – Small Pinata

2/100 – 5″ Functional Zipper Block

3/100 – 5″ Functional Zipper Block

4/100 – Big Nessie

5/100 – 9″ Dinosaur Square in Square

6/100 –  9″ Dinosaur Square in Square

7/100 – Pineapple

I’m  having a lot of fun with this, and I don’t know how creative I’m going to have to get with the mix of plushies and quilt blocks! 😮

I hope you’re all having a great week, and don’t forget to come see me this weekend out at the Red Caboose Park!  Until next time, happy sewing!
