Some special gifts for my shoppers!

Next Saturday, November 24th is Small Business Saturday.  This falls in line with Black Friday, Cyber Monday and all the other holiday shopping nonsense every year!  This small business Saturday I’m going to be out with Handmade Nashville in Red Caboose Park in Bellevue!  I’ll also have some extra goodies for my first few shoppers so they can show off their support in small businesses!

First I wanted to share a funny story.  I put out some polls to gage interest in what I should make for my next event.  I know that unicorns, the fad that won’t go away, are still very popular.  I also know that for some reason the baby shark song has come back to life in a big way, so people like sharks right now.  (welcome to my shark loving life!) I wanted to know which one 
I should make more of, because I planned to make both sharks and unicorns.  However, I got polls saying make more of both!  I also got the suggestion to make a unicorn shark.  I like that idea.  So I’m probably going to end up making the same amount of both just to be safe.  But, I’m also going to make a shark unicorn just for fun. 

Anyhow, back to free stuff for shoppers.  So my first 5 shoppers that buy something from me next Saturday will get a canvas Shop Small bag, a shop small button, and some stickers!  I’ll only have a limited number of these so hurry and get yours before I run out!  I hope to see some of my friends out there Saturday, I’ll  have my space heater, so hopefully I won’t be a fluff-sicle. 🙂
